After 7 loooooonng years, we are finally buying a house!!
I am very excited, but I have to say that I am still trying hard not to get my hopes up. We have tried sooooooo many times and soooooo many times it has fallen through. However, we haven't made it this far in a long time, so I am getting a little excited:)
Here are some pix from the sellers listing:
And my favorite feature - the jacuzzi tub!!
We are suppose to close on September 8th and take possession on September 12th. We'll take a week or two to paint (not that there will be much needed) and build some shelves in the garage and basement before we move in. We don't have a definite move in date yet, but I'll let you know when I know.

Congrats!! That's so exciting.
We're rooting for you! Having worked with a difficult seller, we know the craziness that can ensue... But the house is gorgeous, and that tub!!!
That is so exciting! I definitely know how you feel waiting to get a house :) Good luck!!
