We decided to buck tradition this year and instead of trick or treating in Grandma's neighborhood, we all went to Dan & Natalie's (this is Chris' brother). So, we are doing our thing and we walk up to a house where a lady is sitting on her porch with her candy. There are no Halloween decorations in the yard, but there is an Obama campaign sign. Upon seeing this sign my dear daughter says in her normal, overly loud voice:
"We can't go here! That sign is the scariest thing I've seen all night!"
It was enough to turn even me a few shades of red! Oh Well, Happy Halloween my little copper fairy!

Oh my gosh I would be so embarrassed, not a whole lot embarrasses me but when I feel like someone might be offended I feel really sheepish. I think that's why we have children to keep use brave and teach us how to roll with the punches.
Whoever Jared is, is totally awesome at carving pumpkins.
Your kids were very cute (and so was your husband lol)
Out of the mouths of babes. From her lips to God's ears... LOL! :)
